The MD Network came to me with a positioning unlike anything else in the healthcare space, an exclusive, high-touch surgeon placement network founded by Megan Dwier, whose career began not in medicine, but in the world's most prestigious fashion houses. Before building one of healthcare's most specialized placement firms, Megan spent years working with Louis Vuitton and Bulgari. That background wasn't a footnote. It was the entire brief. The challenge was building a brand that honored both worlds without compromising either. The MD Network isn't just a healthcare company, it's a premium service for elite professionals who expect the same discernment from their career partners as they do from the institutions they lead. The brand needed to feel exclusive, considered, and unmistakably refined.
